 1) There is NO mastering 2) it is a process of peeling the onion 3) if you do a movement 3 million times slow, fast, small, big eventually it becomes mindlessly yours  4) walk 12 123 1234 etc, slowly, quickly - feel whole foot, each part & work up feeling every cell 5) dance in place  6) in space  6) take pressure OFF   7) dance cause you love to, need to, want to, feel best when you are until you don't .
